Toner Cartrdiges Recharging Procedure

1. All raw materials have been pre-approved through an extensive testing and evaluation procedure. Once the raw materials are received they are again tested to ensure consistent quality.
2. All toner cartrdiges to be remanufactured are visually inspected and print tested to deteremine the condition of the organic photo conductor (OPC) drum. A new replacement drum is also installed.
3. The toner cartrdige is completely disassembled so that each part can be visually inspected. All parts are replaced that do not meet our strict remanufacturing standards.
4. Specific parts are thoroughly cleaned with a high pressure air vacuum system. This type ofcleaning is used to give a much more thorough and efficient cleaning as compared to vacuuming alone, as used by other manufacturers.
5. Other parts that require a more delicate but equally thorough cleaning are cleaned in an ultrasonic bath. Ultrasonic cleaning is the same method used to clean fine jewelry.
6. Each toner tank, where applicable, has a leak proof seal installed to prevent toner leakage during shipping.
7. Each cartridge is given a final test to ensure it is operating properly.
